Michael Vennerstrom - President and Executive Producer

Mike is the President of Equinox Creative and the leader of many of our project teams. He defines his role as decision-maker, coach, and facilitator.

Kathy Felber - Vice President, Operations

Kathy provides leadership to the Equinox administrative and project management teams. She ensures that we maintain project and internal processes and that the bills are paid on time.

Kathy has over 20 years of Trade Show Management experience, including floor design, exhibitor relations, decorator selection and negotiations, labor supervision, and vendor management.

Dennis Hoffman, CMP - Vice President, Meeting Services

"I come from a family of aunts, uncles and cousins who enjoyed traveling together during summer vacations. The road trips were great escapes for the adults and were considered part of our elementary and high school educations. Geography and history lessons literally came to life as we hiked through national parks, walked the streets of great cities, and explored a wealth of museums. Of course, Disneyland didn't hurt, either!

In my current world planning meetings and travel incentives, I thrive on finding the right combination of destinations and content to motivate and engage attendees. A combination of "wows!" and "how did they do that?" that are fresh and long-lasting."

Dennis Hoffman, CMP, brings 20 years of meeting design and planning experience to the Equinox Creative team. Whether he is negotiating hotel contracts or managing on-site operations, Dennis ensures that the details of every project are carefully planned and executed. His vast knowledge of global travel destinations and meeting facilities offers our customers a wide range of locations and support options.

Cheryl Kranz, CMP - Director of Event Services

Cheryl leads the special event and event marketing efforts at Equinox Creative. An innovative designer, she is adept at integrating key messages into every aspect of an event resulting in a memorable, interactive experience for you and your guests.

Cheryl brings thirty years of experience in orchestrating meetings, conferences, trade shows, special events and domestic/international incentive travel for Fortune 500 corporations.

Susan von der Hoff - Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services, Susan creates and builds client relationships. Her role is to achieve a basic understanding of your business, your team and the issues you face. She communicates that knowledge and collaborates with our design team, reducing the time spent on the discovery process.

With over 20 years meeting and event experience, Susan serves as an immediate resource to our customers and thrives on brainstorming with them.

Kalie Larson - Production Manager

"I have a passion for being creative, and this line of work can certainly allow me to express my ingenuity. I truly discovered my enthusiasm for events when I started working at a conference center in college and realized that this was the first job that I had ever had where I actually looked forward to coming into work everyday. Being able to fulfill my own need for creativity while doing a job that creates special occasions for others - I knew this was a career I could not pass up."

Kalie's responsibilities include organization of all production elements of our projects, including scheduling, budgets, contracts, presentation development, speaker graphic production, and on-site logistics. She ensures that all creative elements adhere to timelines and that we obtain proper approvals throughout the production process.
